- Xactimate license (desktop or online) to request Sketch X Pro data from a project
- Free Adjuster X account with a payment method on file for sketch requests
- Active XactAnalysis account with data transfer enabled for Route X Pro claim sync
- Carrier export authorization on file for XactAnalysis sync
Preparation
- Have the XactNet® address you use in Xactimate ready to register with Adjuster X
- Have your XactAnalysis user ID and sign-in email ready
- Confirm your carrier has approved export authorization
- iOS or Android device for the Route X Pro mobile app (recommended for field operations)

Get Connected in Minutes
Follow these steps to connect your Verisk tools with Adjuster X and start optimizing your workflow.

Visit adjusterx.com and sign up for a free Route X Pro account. Complete your profile with your adjusting credentials and service area.
Connect to XactAnalysis
Navigate to Settings › Integrations › Verisk. Enter your XactAnalysis user ID and the email you use to sign in to Xact. You will see a confirmation once linked.
Import Your Claims
Claims from XactAnalysis will appear in your Route X Pro dashboard. Select individual claims or batch import your entire daily schedule.
Optimize Your Route
Route X Pro automatically calculates the most efficient inspection route. Review the suggested order, adjust if needed, and hit the road.

Enable Adjuster X in Xactimate
Follow Verisk's guide to add Adjuster X as a third-party data provider in Xactimate. Carriers that order through XactAnalysis can ask their Verisk Customer Success Manager to enable it there.

Open the project in Xactimate, choose Request Data, select Adjuster X, and pick the product you need — Roof Sketch, Roof + 3D Walls, Interior Sketch, or PDF Roof Report. For 3D Walls, our team will contact you for elevation photos of each side of the building.

Most adjusters complete the XactAnalysis connection in under 10 minutes. You will need your XactAnalysis user ID, sign-in email, and carrier export authorization ready. Once connected, claims begin syncing immediately.
Connecting to Xactimate or XactAnalysis is free, and Route X Pro offers a free tier to get started. Sketch X Pro reports requested from Xactimate are priced per report: Roof Sketch $32, Roof + 3D Walls $55, Interior Sketch $40 per 1,500 sq ft, and PDF Roof Report $22. No subscription is required.
Adjuster X can be enabled as a third-party data provider in both Xactimate desktop and Xactimate online, and the returned sketch imports into either.
Yes. Route X Pro works as a standalone routing and scheduling tool. The XactAnalysis integration adds automatic claim import and status sync, but all core routing features are fully functional without it.
Contact our support team and we will provide the authorization form that needs to be signed by your carrier. Once signed, we process the authorization and your integration will be ready to go.
Absolutely. Adjuster X is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant and uses enterprise-grade encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Your claim data is handled in full compliance with insurance industry data protection standards.
Open the project in Xactimate, choose Request Data, and select Adjuster X. The finished sketch and PDF report are delivered back into that project. You can also order from a claim in Route X Pro or at sketchxpro.com, in which case the files are emailed to you for manual import.
Most sketches are delivered within 2 hours during business hours; complex roofs can take up to 8 business hours. Requests placed after hours are delivered the next business day.
For a roof sketch, only the property address from the project. Roof + 3D Walls requires elevation photos of each side of the building, and an Interior Sketch requires a Matterport link or floor plan. If a roof cannot be sketched accurately, for example because imagery is obscured by heavy vegetation, the request is fully refunded.
You can follow up manually or adjust scheduling workflows as needed. All communication attempts are automatically logged in the claim file for compliance tracking.
